53rd Academy of International Business UK & Ireland Chapter (AIB-UKI) Annual Conference

Activity: Participating in or organising an event types › Participation in conference

Description of Activity

Track Co-Chair of Track 1 - General Track

The AIB-UKI conference has a long tradition of inclusiveness and thematic breadth, and this track welcomes research across the full range of international business, including work that cuts across or extends beyond the conference's more specialised tracks. Submissions may be theoretical, conceptual or empirical, may address any level of analysis, and may draw on any methodological or disciplinary tradition relevant to international business. In keeping with the conference theme, we particularly welcome research that broadens the range of actors and forms of ownership considered in international business, examines heterogeneity among firms and owners, or compares how different actors respond to common institutional, competitive and geopolitical conditions. The track also provides a home for work that challenges established assumptions, develops new theoretical perspectives, or opens new research agendas for the field.
