Description of Activity

Served as the Session Chair for the "SMEs" parallel session at the 2026 Academy of International Business (AIB) Africa Chapter Conference, themed "Navigating Uncertainty, Complexity, and Redefining Limits: Africa's Role in Shaping Global Business". In this capacity, I was responsible for facilitating academic discourse, managing time allocations, and leading critical Q&A discussions for a highly international panel of scholars researching the evolving landscape of Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) in emerging markets. The session explored diverse mechanisms of SME performance, internationalization, and innovation.
