Project led by the Anti-Torture Initiative (ATI), the Association for the Prevention of Torture (APT), and the Norwegian Centre for Human Rights (NCHR), responding to the Special Rapporteur report on Torture (A/71/298) to the UN General Assembly in October 2016, with the goal of producing a Universal Protocol for non-coercive interviewing.
