    Clinical Exercise Physiology UK (CEP-UK) and the British Association of Sport and Exercise Sciences (BASES) are thrilled to invite you to The Inaugural CEP-UK Conference.

    Celebrating The Evolution of the Clinical Exercise Physiology Profession, this conference brings together industry experts, academics and professionals from the Clinical Exercise Physiology field.

    Professor Mark Haykowsky (University of Alberta), the keynote speaker, presented: 'Pathophysiology of exercise intolerance in older breast cancer survivors: Similarities with heart failure with preserved ejection fraction".
    Professor Helen Jones will present 'CEP-UK: The journey so far' and there will be presentations from different academics, NHS teams and CEP's working in private practice in the 'Clinical Exercise Physiologists in Action: Service Provision and Research' and 'Clinical Exercise Physiologists in Action: Private Service Provision and New Possibilities' sessions.

    Andrew Scott presented the poster "a qualitative exploration of the perspectives of people diagnosed with heart failure on their need for a heart failure-specific cardiac rehabilitation programme."
