Description of Activity

Working with a colleague in Dstl, we have both developed and arranged this workshop. Over 30 participants attended the workshop from academic, military and government backgrounds. The purpose of the workshop was to discuss new and innovative forms of collaboration between government experts and academia to forge new understandings of the term modern deterrence. This is the first of a number of workshops. There is another workshop planned for February 2017, hosted by Lancaster University and a larger event in June 2017.
