Manage, inspire, mentor and train a growing team of 20 Business Consultants with multiple Projects across a wide portfolio of programmes of work. Leading teams across broad technical disciplines. Started committee from scratch to produce a successful team.• Change Management: Designing and implementing an organisational change management programme. Developing interview materials. Creating and testing training systems and policies.
• Policy and Strategy: Creating and implementing group policy, dovetailing with that of the business.
• Technical Review: Providing expert advice on project management, stakeholder management and
statistics. Review final deliverables. Fostering an atmosphere of support and growth.
