Description of Activity
Participated in a workshop to explore how well mathematical models performed earlier in the pandemic, to gain updates on more recent progress and to identify useful lessons for modelling in the future, in two half-day events, bringing together academics from multiple disciplines and key stakeholders, developed by the Newton Gateway in its role in the RAMP Continuity Network (including groups such as the JUNIPER consortium and the Isaac Newton Institute Infectious Dynamics of Pandemics research programme to ensure relevance to current UK policy and engagement with the wider mathematical modelling community).| Period | 23 Mar 2022 → 24 Mar 2022 |
