Description of Activity
This presentation will review various AFM methodologies that have been used in projects over the years at the University of Portsmouth. These will include: amplitude imaging of bacteria; quantitative friction measurements and mapping; adhesion mapping using chemically derivatised tips; protein-protein interactions; zero-force imaging of cancer cells; use of Visual Basic programming; and flypasts through 3D-datasets.
