    Keynote talk with Deborah Martin held in Senate House, University of London, 18th September 2017, and launch of Latin American Women Filmmakers: Production, Politics, Poetics (I.B.Tauris), co-edited with Deborah Martin. Event organised by the Institute for Latin American Studies and the Institute for Modern Languages Research. At the event I also chaired a panel in Spanish at Birkbeck Cinema with the following filmmakers: Marita Barea from Peru, Lula Gómez from Spain and Itandehui Jansen (Mexico/the Netherlands)
