Matthew delivered a guest lecture for the Faculty of CCI Practice-Research Group's speaker programme titled "FROM GAMES ACADEMIA TO INDUSTRY - Out of the frying pan, and into a very different but still hot frying pan."

He also took part in curriculum development discussion with the game's academic staff focusing on developing a new module focused on game certification and publishing pipelines.
