Presented the paper “Novel Tinnitus Diagnosis: Biology and Technology for Public Health Management” at the Medical Informatics Europe Conference, 2025. Published by IOS Press, the study proposed a Quantum Machine Learning–based diagnostic system that achieved 99% accuracy, advancing public health management for noise-exposed and hypertensive laborers.
