The island City 'Going Dutch'Throughout academic year 2013_2014, postgraduate Architecture students in specialist Studio FM+P (Finding Methodology & Practice) have been working on “Going Dutch”, an Urban & Architectural design project exploring visions for Portsmouth in response to predicted climate change induced rise in sea levels .
