Description of Activity
The report on an alternative scheme design for the sea defences to Southsea Common was formally launched with a public presentation and exhibition at Portsmouth Cathedral on 15th July 2017.The outline summary presentation describes aspects of the authorities current proposals, seen as particularly detrimental, and introduces an alternative design strategy by Walter Menteth for Portsmouth's Southsea common. A number of recommendations are made.
