Co-organiser of a collaborative virtual conference from the University of Portsmouth, Kings College London, Defence, Science and Technology Laboratory (Dstl) and The Defence Nuclear Organisation (DNO). The purpose of the conference is to provide a forum for policy experts, military professionals, the NGO community and academia to discuss collective attitudes and approaches to 'modern' 21st century deterrence.
