Description of Activity

The event focused on two essential perspectives on embedding EDI in research:
-Inclusive Research Design – an increasing priority for research funders and often a condition for securing funding (e.g. https://lnkd.in/e82MAV4f)
-Equitable Research Culture – Promoting equity within research culture is vital for improving research quality and practice. This is especially significant for universities, given the heightened focus on People, Culture, and Environment in the next Research Excellence Framework (REF).
