This podcast is also during EDS Awareness Month, so during this podcast we spoke about Ehlers-Danlos Syndrome awareness in the UK, the impact research and media can have in raising awareness and starting conversations for Healthcare Professionals and how individuals can access support. I also raised awareness for Health Psychology and how Health Psychologists can have a positive impact for individuals living with EDS, linking to my current health psychology intervention work on helping individuals living with EDS manage stress levels and prevent fatigue/burnout.
