Code to reproduce the results of the paper "A hybrid spatiotemporal model of PCa dynamics and insights into optimal therapeutic strategies". The code was tested in Matlab 2022a, 2019a. Code: Call_Hybrid_Model.m - runs several batches of simulations for each treatment regime. Hybrid_Model.m - the code for a single simulation. Cell_Coverage_Comparison.m - generates the comparison with experimental data.
