Result's database of the characterisation are organized in four length scales (sub-nano, nano, micro and meso). As it is described in the main document, at each scale, 10 mineral concentrations were analysed (26.37%, 29.95%, 32.23%, 33.59%, 35.17%, 36.64%, 39.00%, 42.99%, 46.63% and 48.72%). Then, to identify the correspondence between files and concentrations, filenames begin with "vxxxx", where "xxxx" stands for the concentration value without the decimal indicator, e.g. "v2637". Complementarily, at the end of the filename the mineral fraction model version "(i)" is specified, e.g. "(i=1)". Additionally, the capital letter "C" in the filenames stands for stiffness tensor. Subsequently, the filenames shows the scale. Then, at the sub-nanoscale, the collagen-water and collagen-water-HA composites are identified by "_cw" and "_cwHA", respectively. Likewise, the nanoscale is identified by "_NS". Furthermore, the microscale is conformed by osteons. Here, eight osteons and one osteon's matrix were characterised and are organised in an independent folder. Complementarily, the filenames also shows the corresponding osteon or oteon's matrix, e.g. "_O1" means osteon 1 and "_OM" means osteon's matrix. Finally, the mesoscale is divided into cortical and trabecular, identified by "_C" and "_T", respectively. Here, five cortical porosity and four trabecular porosity values were analysed. Cortical porosity was set as (07.45%, 10.65%, 13.88%, 16.85% and 20.58%) and trabecular porosity was set as (63.85%, 69.40%, 76.13% and 83.66%). Each porosity value was organised within a folder. Complementarily, the filenames contain the identifier "pxxxx", where "xxxx" stands for the porosity value without the decimal indicator, e.g. "p1065".
