The Organisation Studies and Human Resource Management subject group is part of the Portsmouth Business School, and sits within the University's Faculty of Business and Law.

This subject group delivers exceptional teaching and research across all the major topics within the fields of organisation studies and human resource management.

In the 2014 Research Excellence Framework (REF2014), the subject group made a substantial contribution to the outstanding results achieved within the Business and Management Studies unit of assessment, and our research continues to grow in impact and size.
