A seasoned Agile Product Delivery Coach, Scrum Master, and Organizational Project Management expert with over fifteen  years of proven track report in the Delivery of Agile Production Pipeline through training, researching, coaching, and working closely with Technology Agile teams in Telecom and Digital Channels

I obtained a Bachelor of Science in Software Engineering and a Master of Science in Project Management. Following these achievements, I enrolled in the School of Computing at the University of Portsmouth to undertake a PhD.

The primary focus of my doctoral research is to tackle the challenges encountered by Agile Projects and Teams through the application of Explainable AI methodologies, including Rule-Based Networks. By employing these strategies, my study aims to thoroughly examine and predict the probability of project success while identifying specific areas requiring targeted improvements.

Research Interests

My research interests are deeply rooted in the intersection of cutting-edge Artificial Intelligence (AI) technologies and project management methodologies, with a keen focus on Generative AI (GAI), Explainable AI (XAI), and Whitebox Machine Learning. I am fascinated by the potential of these technologies to revolutionize how projects are managed and executed, particularly within agile frameworks. My enthusiasm extends to exploring Agile Project Management and methodologies, aiming to understand how these approaches can be optimized and adapted through the lens of AI to enhance project efficiency and effectiveness. Additionally, I am interested in the competencies required for successful project management, as well as the factors that contribute to the success of projects. This comprehensive interest spectrum allows me to investigate how the integration of intelligent systems can lead to more transparent, understandable, and ultimately successful project management practices, bridging the gap between technological innovation and practical application in the field.
