Summary

I am a Research Fellow in the Strategy, Enterprise and Innovation Subject Group, Faculty of Business and Law. My research primarily focuses on understanding the impact of gender and culture on entrepreneurship and innovation activities in different geographical contexts. 

Biography

I hold a PhD in Business Administration (Entrepreneurship) from the Stockholm School of Economics, Sweden. Prior to joining academia, I worked for the UN Food and Agriculture Organisation, where I was involved in the financial and operational management of various donor-funded projects.

Research Interests

My research interests are in the areas of Women entrepreneurship, Entrepreneurship education, Leadership, Business & Social innovation, SME growth and Venture finance.
