Cathy Willatt

I'm a Learning Support Tutor based in the School of Languages and Area Studies, working as part of a team which helps students to improve their academic skills. Prior to this I worked as an English language teacher, mainly teaching English for business and functional skills (such as giving presentations, writing effective emails and negotiating) in England, Spain and Nepal. This was a career change for me, and before becoming and English language teacher I worked in organisational development, training and change management in the public sector.
