Biography

I am a theoretical physicist interested in cosmology, alternative theories of gravity, dark energy, quantum field theory and the Universe in general. I am currently based between the ICG and Queen Mary University of London. My research lies at the interplay of gravitational waves and cosmology. I am interested in ways that allow us to test gravity, astrophysics and cosmology using the propagation of light, particles or gravitational waves through the Universe. I am also interested in formal aspects of gravitation, large scale structure and physics of the cosmic microwave background. I have given more than 35 presentations on various projects at various institutes and conferences in 8 different countries. I am a member of the LISA cosmology working group since 2018. I am also one of the organizers of the London Cosmology Discussion Meetings which take place at the Royal Astronomical Society and which aims to bring together cosmologist from the different London universities.
I am also a reviewer for the peer reviewed journals Physical Review D, the Journal of Cosmology and Astroparticle Physics and the Monthly Notices of the Royal Astronomical Society and other journals. I completed my PhD at the Department of Theoretical Physics in the cosmology and astroparticle theory group at the University of Geneva. Prior to that, I graduated a MSc in Physics from ETH Zürich and a BSc at EPFL.
