Biography
Miss Chloe A. Ryder is a Trainee Health Psychologist, a graduate member of the British Psychological Society and full member of the Division of Health Psychology.
Chloe joined the Department of Sport and Exercise Science in July 2023. She completed a BSc(Hons) Counselling Psychology at The University of Worcester, and MSc Health Psychology at the University of Derby. Chloe's Professional Doctorate portfolio explores long-term conditions (including a systematic review on Ehlers-Danlos Syndrome and Mast Cell Activation Syndrome), health behaviours (such as physical activity and healthy eating), nutrition, and health promotion.
Research Interests
My current research interests include long-term conditions (specifically under diagnosed/rare long-term conditions), the barriers and facilitators of physical activity, and the effectiveness of health promotion campaigns and interventions.
