Accepting PhD Students

PhD projects

I have interests in health psychology and more specifically looking at the justifications we use to engage in unhealthy behaviour (e.g. smoking, unhealthy diet). I would be interested in supervising any projects on Compensatory Beliefs or Compensatory Behaviours within any health behaviour (e.g. exercise, alcohol consumption, dieting, smoking). I also have interests in type 2 diabetes and obesity and would be open to supervise different projects within those areas and any other topics related to health behaviour change.
