PhD projects
I have interests in health psychology and more specifically looking at the justifications we use to engage in unhealthy behaviour (e.g. smoking, unhealthy diet). I would be interested in supervising any projects on Compensatory Beliefs or Compensatory Behaviours within any health behaviour (e.g. exercise, alcohol consumption, dieting, smoking). I also have interests in type 2 diabetes and obesity and would be open to supervise different projects within those areas and any other topics related to health behaviour change, from evaluating interventions to exploring usability and experience of interventions (including digital health platforms).
