Biography

I am a Senior Teaching Fellow in Marketing and Course Leader for BA International Business. 

Before joining the University of Portsmouth I worked at Sheffield Hallam University where I also completed my PhD on Emotional Labour and Masters in International Tourism. In addition to this, I gained industry experience by working in hospitality and tourism.

My research interests lie in the areas of emotional labour, service industry, tourism and tour operators as well as entrepreneurship.

In 2015, UN member states agreed to 17 global Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) to end poverty, protect the planet and ensure prosperity for all. This person’s work contributes towards the following SDG(s):
