Summary

I joined the University of Portsmouth in March 2021.

I am a Chartered Physiotherapist with a keen interest in the rehabilitation of injuries and human performance. Since qualifying with a BSc (Hons) degree from Cardiff University, I have gained a wide range of experience across several settings, but predominantly within sport, where I am still working in professional football. I have also completed a master’s degree in Sports Medicine and am a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist.

I have various teaching interests including anatomy, physiology, pathophysiology, and exercise prescription.
