Biography

Prior to taking up her current career in Higher Education, Jennifer held several roles in front-line management within the Hospitality and Events Industry. She then specialised in Human Resource Management including Recruitment and Selection, Training and then Employment Law. 

Additional responsibilities in Higher Education include being the Course Leader for the Hospitality Management and Tourism programmes.  Prior to this role her responsibilities included Course Leader for the International Business Management Programme, Admissions Tutor and Personal Tutor for the Hospitality Management degree programmes.

Research Interests

Jennifer's current research interests lie in three areas: Experiential Learning, Authentic Assessments and Transformational Learning.
