Summary
I have worked in formal and informal education settings for over 25 years, including 15 years as a Lecturer in Further and Higher Education. I joined the University of Portsmouth in 2015 to use my experience to work on the Further Education and Training PGCE and Cert Ed. For the last 6 years, I have been Senior Lecturer and Course Leader for the Further Education courses including on campus delivery and managing a franchise of 5 partner colleges. This role has inspired me to incorporate standardised management of collaborative partnerships into my doctoral research.
