Personal profile

I am the Academic Portfolio and Student Experience lead for the new campus project working with stakeholders across the Uni as well as council and commercial partners. Currently actioning my ProfDoc study in using technology-mediated positive psychology interventions to improve student flourishing. Previously I was one of the UoP leads on a bid for Project Selborne to revolutionise Royal navy training and education.

I was the Academic Theme Lead for Learning and Teaching in the School of Creative Technologies. My lecturing covers web technologies and digital media. My research and passion are around creating high-performance learning ecosystems, particularly from a technological perspective. It is not just the learning in the ecosystem, it is every part of the experience of the learner, whether they feel they belong, are valued, able to achieve, and supported in any issues they may face. Removing these barriers allows them to succeed to their highest potential.
