Personal profile
Summary
I joined Portsmouth Business School as a Senior Lecturer in Organisation Studies and Human Resource Management in November 2018, where I currently serve as the Course Leader for MSc IHRM. Prior to my appointment at Portsmouth, I was a Lecturer in Organisation and Sustainability and also the programme coordinator of the BA (Hons) Business Studies at Bournemouth University. I hold a PhD in Management Studies and MSc in Economics from the University of Essex, UK.
My multidisciplinary academic background underpins my interdisciplinary research interests, which span international business and management studies, with a particular focus on their intersections with business ethics, corporate social responsibility, and sustainability.
I have published in leading international academic journals, including Organization Studies (ABS 4) and the British Journal of Management (ABS 4).
