Biography
Originally from South Wales, I gained my LLB in Law at the University of Glamorgan and my PhD in Corporate Governance at the University of Bristol. Having previously taught at the University of Bristol and Cardiff University, I joined the University of Portsmouth in 2006.
Research Interests
Lee’s research interests focus on company law and the legal aspects of corporate governance.
Teaching Responsibilities
My teaching responsibilities currently focus entirely on teaching Company Law and Corporate Governance to our LLM students. In the past, I have taught Commercial Law, the English Legal System, Contract Law, Banking Law, and Business Law.
