PhD projects

Disease diagnosis at an early pre-symptomatic stage using nanomaterials and Raman spectroscopic techniques:
(1) Early cancer diagnosis via liquid biopsies like saliva, blood plasma etc.
(2) Developing efficient gold nanomaterials for enabling biomolecule or biomarker detection, as well as in vivo cancer tracking.
(3) Cancer tracking/imaging through tissues
(4) Investigating the molecular mechanism of disease progression/recurrence and therapy monitoring.

Accepting self-funded PhD students.
