Summary

Biography

Currently a Senior Teaching Fellow in the School of Civil Engineering and Surveying. I have been involved in the undergraduate mentoring scheme, management of the MSc dissertations and more recently course leader for the Chartered Surveyor Degree Apprenticeship Programme. Before starting at Portsmouth I worked in a variety of project and programme roles in industry. My professional qualifications include PRINCE 2 and Managing Successful Programmes Practitioner. 

My research interests

I am very passionate about equality, diversity and inclusion and won a Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors award in 2008 for work on my MSc dissertation investigating the truth behind the female 'brain drain' in built environment professions. 

Other areas of interest include stakeholder management and corporate management with a focus on ESG.
