A graduate of the highly acclaimed MA Fashion Menswear programme at the Royal College of Art in London, Tom has designed menswear for both high-end and commercial fashion brands in the UK and Italy, and worked extensively at both Men’s and Women’s catwalk shows during Milan Fashion Weeks, as well as advertising campaign photo shoots featured in many of the world's leading fashion magazines.
Prior to joining the Fashion & Textiles course here at Portsmouth, Tom was a Design Tutor for under and post-graduate students for many years at prominent establishments including the Royal College of Art, University of the West of England, Brighton University and HAMK in Finland, and also was responsible for setting up and establishing the fashion design course at the University of South Wales in Cardiff.
In his own design practice and research interests, Tom continues to develop creative design solutions to tangible problems in a rapidly shifting cultural and economic landscape within fashion and is developing a reputation as an innovative and forward-thinking designer.
