Summary

I am a Deputy Director for the Portsmouth Military Education (PME) Team and a Senior Teaching Fellow based at Royal Air Force (RAF) College Cranwell.

I joined the PME team in May 2019, initially teaching at RAF College Cranwell. From August 2020 to July 2025, I was based at RAF Halton, delivering education to non-commissioned officers, before returning to Cranwell in August 2025.

Research Interests

I completed my PhD in International Relations at the University of Nottingham, where I researched political violence in Israel. 
My research and teaching interests include:

I am willing to take PhD students, and I am happy to receive informal enquiries relating to research in any of the above indicated areas.  

I make regular appearances on international broadcast media, often discussing the situation in Ukraine.
