Martin Hoskin, Havant & South Downs College (HSDC) - Martin is the Head of Teaching, Learning & Quality and he has had a significant impact on improving the experiences of students at the college. By motivating all teaching staff to devise and implement goals for their classroom practice, his leadership in this area has implemented a new way of collaborating, respecting, valuing, and trusting teaching staff.
