Collaborative response to workshop held in Berlin, May 2017, by the Robert Bosch Academy & German Commission for UNESCO. Aim is to collate information and produce a position paper that can be utilised by civil society globally with regard to cultural policy reform and the UNESCO Convention on Cultural Diversity.
