Project Details
Description
The project aims to develop advanced analytical and predictive models to identify and mitigate online misogyny across various platforms by leveraging datasets such as the An Expert Annotated Dataset for the Detection of Online Misogyny, the Hate Speech and Offensive Language dataset, and the Gab Hate Corpus. By employing state-of-the-art Natural Language Processing (NLP) techniques and machine learning algorithms, the project will analyse patterns, linguistic markers, and contextual triggers of misogynistic content. Additionally, it will quantify the impact of such content on individuals' well-being, enhancing the understanding of its societal consequences.
