Description
AURAL aims to explore the learning gains of students enrolled in Bournemouth University’s Undergraduate Research Assistantship Programme, thereby contributing to a growing literature on ‘students as researchers’. It considers ‘students as partners’ through a participatory monitoring and evaluation process.
The project involves two cohorts of undergraduate researchers in co-producing the research’s lines of enquiry (their learning goals) and in the elaboration of reflective diaries of their research experiences.
This project was supported by Bournemouth University's Centre for Excellence in Learning, through a Fusion Fund grant.
