The project ‘Contests in Court: The Appeals System and Legal Expenses’ consists of a theoretical and an empirical part, each of which are planned to deliver one journal publication as ultimate output. The work on the theoretical part has been completed as planned and is currently under review at the Journal of Legal Studies.
