Design and development of artificial intelligence/machine learning based platform to automate activity, efficiency and role analyses for ReThink Productivity Consulting Ltd.

This KTP aims to develop and embed a core organizational capability based on the integration of artificial intelligence (AI) and machine learning (ML) analytics into data collection, analysis and reporting activities. The project is a service design innovation based on the utilization of AI/ML process to automate a complex, knowledge-based activity and the integration of this capability in a virtual organization. The project will automate the current data analysis services and develop new practices for data collection and management to integrate the platform into organizational processes.
