Exploring barriers to apprenticeship continuation

This collaborative project aims to explore the apprentice experiences who have or are at risk from withdrawing and to create better processes and interventions to assist recognising at risk apprentices. Identifying good practices and the formation of a best practice framework will positively influence apprentice engagement and completion rates. Collaboratively working with large national employers who have apprenticeships across all levels will provide the opportunity to gain rich data concerning experiences to support the development of this resource.
