Project Details

Description

Building on my doctoral research, this project extends the investigation into resonant meaningful change in the lives of local families experiencing complex difficulty. The project is underpinned by psychological theory explaining how the lived experience of threat impedes transformational learning, thus accounting for the "national crisis" (Association of Director's of Children's Services, 2018) in repeat referrals for social intervention. Research and intervention projecting testing a hypothesis for intrinsic change, embodied, not enacted.
