ESRC SCDTP Post-Doctoral Fellowship:
The primary aim of the project is to enhance understanding of gendered depictions in media coverage of terrorism and their consequences for societal perceptions, policy creation, and legal repercussions. Furthermore, the award aims to prepare the Fellow for a career in academia.
The fellowship entails five key objectives to be accomplished:
1. Produce REF standard publications to help establish a scholarly track record.
2. Engage with a range of different audiences to communicate research findings.
3. Building networks to develop impact opportunities and inform and support further development.
4. Further Training to Improve Research and Related Skills.
5. Conduct Further Limited Research.
