Internship Model for future educators - Bridging project

This is an NHSE funded extension of our previous internship project to facilitate the pipeline of future clinicians into academia through backfilled work experience with their local University. The project is working with a range of local ICBS.

The aim of this project is to enable NHS staff to be released from their clinical activities by funding their backfill. This will allow them to experience working as an academics for a period of time.
