Description
The aim of this project is to develop an innovative business platform potentially doubling the Citizens Advice capacity to provide crucial support to people.
This project will harness AI technologies to automate administrative tasks, improving advising experience and saving advisers’ time. Initially focusing on energy advice, the solution could be expanded nationwide across various support areas.
My role as CoI is to provide intellectual property (IP) and commercialisation advice to Citizens Advice and the KTP team throughout the project and specifically to ensure that the AI platform once developed, is licensed correctly to third parties with the underlying IP suitably protected.
