Description

Faculty funded project with focus on developing a number of projects linked the Mental Health in Childhood and Education Hub.

Key findings

The project had impact on understandings of and engagement with the mental health and wellbeing needs of children and young people from diverse communities, such as young care leavers and children/young people from ethnic minority communities. Moreover, through the project we were able to strengthen our partnership with a number of charities (Wiltshire Racial Equality Council), organisations (British Isles Family History Society, Canada) and academics from across the world (e.g. Canada.
