This is a special issue of the Journal of World Investment and Trade which Professor Munir Maniruzzaman has co-edited with Dr Marianthi Pappa from Nottingham University Law School.

Key findings
New ways are suggested for ocean governance and the sustainable development of its resources, especially fisheries with a focus on certain regions i.e. the Bay of Bengal and the Chilean coastal areas of Valparaiso.
