Project Details
Description
The project complies with paragraphs 1, 7, 35, 36 of Topics of scientific research and scientific and technical (experimental) developments of the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine for 2022 ‒ 2026.
It will contribute to the development of recommendations and algorithms and models for the administration of personnel in the existing teams of state and local authorities, state-owned enterprises and critical infrastructure enterprises in an unstable external environment. The Ukrainian co-author has scientific achievements and intermediate results that allow us to make an assumption that during martial law, and especially the full-scale war that takes place in Ukraine, the list of factors influencing the administration process and strengthening the relevance of the research topic is significantly expanded. The obtained results can be used to create e-government tools, information and analytical decision support systems in the risk and security management system.
